Easy Black Bean Dip

Eat

Let’s keep this short + to the point because this black bean dip is the bomb and only takes a minute to make. Plus has all of those gut-healing benefits for you and your friends (i.e. I throw this together on the rare occasion we have guests or go to a party)

Ingredients
Make it

Rinse the can of black beans, throw all ingredients into a blender or food processor, blend + serve! (Pop in the fridge to chill and Garnish with lime juice if desired)

Nourishing with Intention
  • Black beans provide a ton of protein! This dip can be used on sandwiches too, almost like a black bean hummus!
  • Tahini is rich in vitamins + minerals. It can also detox the liver.
  • Avocado oil provides healthy fat.
  • Collagen peptides support healthy skin and gut health (with added proteins!)
Swap
  • Omit seasoning if sensitive

Gluten-Free Pancakes with Oat Flour
I have tried to make my own gluten-free pancake mix for years now. I'm not talking about those banana-egg-protein pancakes. I shouldn't even say pancakes, I'm sorry, they're just not. I'm talking about fluffy little clouds of heaven. The other day all I had on me was oats, as they're inexpensive and I don't always keep nut flours stocked. So, I decided to search for a recipe with minimal ingredients that would yield in traditional pancakes...and boy, did I find it. This recipe has been adapted from The Food Prepper, the genius behind the initial recipe I found! The small changes I made to these help fight inflammation and keep your gut in ...
